I have lived on the island for 15 years, speak fluent Spanish and have several years of experience in renting and managing holiday properties.
I am looking for/offering a long-term cooperation:
Support related to holiday rentals in exchange for independent accommodation (e.g. separate apartment or casita).
Terms to be agreed individually.

I can assist you, among other things, with:
– Presence and availability on site
– Check-in / key handover
– Communication with guests before arrival
– Inspections during vacancy
– Coordination of cleaning and tradespeople
– Organizational support in the area of marketing

Thanks to my language skills and island experience, straightforward coordination with service providers is possible.
