Job application as Handyman / Caretaker / Gardener – East of Mallorca

Dear Sir or Madam,
A good friend is currently looking for a position as a handyman, caretaker or gardener in the east of Mallorca – preferably in the area around Porto Cristo, Cala Millor and Manacor.
He is 27 years old, speaks only Spanish and brings a lot of practical experience in various manual tasks, including renovation work, minor repairs, maintenance as well as pool care, garden maintenance, pruning, irrigation and general property upkeep. He also has extensive experience as a carpenter.
He is a likeable and friendly young man and always works diligently, conscientiously and responsibly. Reliability and an organized way of working are self-evident for him. He is very independent and places great value on careful and clean work.
He is looking for a long-term job in the construction sector or finca maintenance, where he can reliably take care of the house, garden and any arising tasks.
He speaks only Spanish, but gets along well with a translator. Unfortunately he does not have a car, but he is mobile with an e-bike.
