Backoffice employee (m/f/d) wanted for a real estate office in Palma
Start date: immediately or from 15.07.
For our modern, small real estate office in Palma de Mallorca, located directly by the cathedral, we are looking to strengthen our team with a reliable and organized Backoffice employee (m/f/d).
Working hours
* Monday to Thursday: 09:30 – 15:00
* Friday: 09:30 – 13:30
Compensation
* €1,550 fixed salary
* + €200 contribution to private health insurance
* Total compensation: €1,750 net per month
Contract model
We are a US company (LLC) and do not conclude a Spanish employment contract. This means that no contributions to the Spanish social security system are made.
Collaboration is possible:
* via an LLC employment contract, or
* as Autónomo (freelancer) on an invoicing basis.
Your tasks
* Preparation and compilation of property dossiers
* Creation and maintenance of property listings
* Coordination between clients, sales, notaries and lawyers
* Processing and answering emails
* Telephone communication and appointment organization
* General administrative tasks in the back office
What you should bring
* Very good organizational skills and an independent way of working
* Friendly and professional manner
* Spanish language skills for communication with notaries, lawyers and authorities
* Good German skills, as our clients are predominantly German-speaking
* Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite – interest, willingness to learn and motivation are more important.
