The peace everyone is looking for lives here: at night you only hear the ringing of sheep bells and the glow of the stars. Yet you are a few kilometers from Artà – one of the most authentic and sought-after towns on Mallorca, where you can hear both Spanish and German if you sit in the market square in the evening.
The apartment is simply Mallorcan and cozy: bathroom, a small kitchen and a view into the open landscape are included – plus a huge terrace amid the beautiful nature of the natural park.
There is no pool or underfloor heating – instead a split air-conditioning unit provides a pleasant temperature. And if it gets chilly in autumn, a gas stove (an Estufa) is available that quickly warms the room. A washing machine may be shared. The price is monthly and includes electricity and water with normal consumption.
The studio apartment is available from October 1st until November 20th and then again from December 22nd.
