Accommodation wanted - apartment near the coast or shared flat in the countryside
I am looking for a nice accommodation, ideally up to approx. 30 minutes from the airport.
Either an apartment with a balcony, or also a room in a shared flat (WG) in a larger, somewhat more rural building.
Move-in from 01.07.

There are nice properties for 2,500 euros that could be shared so you could live much nicer than in a small apartment for 1,000 - 1,500 euros; if interested, please get in touch.
I can also offer (limited) housesitting, as I work a lot from home and have experience with high-quality properties.
I am aware of all properties already listed in the usual marketplaces.
