Accommodation wanted

I am looking for accommodation, at the latest from November 1st, 2026, as the owner of my current apartment lives here herself over the winter.

Both long-term rental and seasonal rental are conceivable. However, it should be at least 6 months.

I will move in alone, but it would be nice if there is space for 2 people and a balcony/terrace. The budget depends on the apartment, under 1,500 euros would be nice, and for higher rents there should be the option to take in a decent roommate. (For example, in fincas or apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).

So please feel free to offer me anything that is not yet advertised on the well-known portals, as I am currently scouring all of them.

I live permanently in Mallorca and work here.
I can provide references - both the real estate agent of my first apartment and two owners will gladly confirm a smooth process.

I have managed 4 apartments myself in Germany and therefore know very well what a landlord wants.

For accommodation in larger properties, I am happy to offer housesitting/carsitting or similar activities if needed. Reliability and discretion are my forte.
