Renovated and modernly furnished, 2-story village house with underfloor heating in a quiet location near Campos – in the hamlet Sa Sorda.
Outdoor area: The walled plot of approx. 470 m2 features a lovely garden with trees and shrubs, as well as an uncovered terrace in front of the house entrance. Seating, garden furniture and parasols are available. In the rear outdoor area there is also a laundry room with dryer and washing machine. Parking spaces available.
Rooms: The house was completely renovated in 2024 and measures approx. 130 m2 living space. On the ground floor we find the bright living and dining area with sofa, dining table, chairs as well as an open fireplace with two armchairs and access to the outside.
On the left is the rustic fitted kitchen with access to the garden and is equipped with a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils.
On the right there is another cozy living room, which is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and a smart TV. There is also a small storage room and one bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs we reach the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and one with two single beds). Both rooms have wardrobes. Furthermore, a 2nd bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Equipment: Rustic, nice ambience, single glazing, 3 x hot-cold air conditioners in all rooms, gas underfloor heating, open wood-burning fireplace, fans, rainwater cistern and water must then be delivered by truck, GESA electricity, hot water via gas boiler, SAT-TV. Internet 500 Mb via Conecta Balear. The property is 100% furnished.
Other: Pets not allowed. Monthly rent payment.
For a rental of 3 - 4 months: 1 monthly rent deposit plus electricity, water and gas cylinders extra. Included: garbage fee, internet.
For a rental of 5 - 10 months: 2 monthly rent deposits + electricity, gas cylinders, internet and water extra. Included: garbage fee.
Rental prices: November – April €1,350 and adjoining months May and/or October €1,500, September and June €1,600

Location/Distances: Sa Sorda is a small, original hamlet in the countryside, still quietly situated and close to the beach Es Trenc (7 km), Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita (5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi (10 km), Palma approx. 45 km and to the nearest shopping facilities in Campos approx. 8 km.
