Renovated and modernly furnished, 2-story village house with underfloor heating in a quiet location near Campos – in the Sa Sorda settlement.
Outdoor area: The walled plot of approx. 470 m2 features a beautiful garden with trees and shrubs, as well as an uncovered terrace in front of the house entrance. Seating, garden furniture, and sunshades are provided. Additionally, in the rear outdoor area, we find a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine. Parking spaces available.
Rooms: The house was completely renovated in 2024 and measures approx. 130 m2 of living space. On the ground floor, we find the bright living and dining area with a sofa, dining table, chairs, and an open fireplace with two armchairs and exit to the outside.
To the left is the rustic fitted kitchen with access to the garden, equipped with a gas stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils.
To the right, there is another cozy living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and a smart TV. Furthermore, there is a small storage room and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Via the stairs, we reach the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms (one furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds). Wardrobes are available in both rooms. Furthermore, a 2nd bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Equipment: Rustic, beautiful ambiance, single glazing, 3 x hot-cold air conditioning in all rooms, gas underfloor heating, open wood fireplace, fans, rainwater cistern and water must be delivered by truck, 100 mb satellite internet via Starlink, GESA electricity, hot water via gas boiler, satellite TV. The property is 100% furnished.
