MALLORCA • INVESTOR / PARTNER WANTED 🌴
For a special lifestyle project in absolute proximity to the beach in Mallorca, we are looking for an individual investor or a silent partner with vision.
The location is only about 100 meters from the sea and has enormous development potential. The existing café should be rebuilt in a modern, high-quality way with a completely new concept.
The idea:
A stylish meeting place in Mallorca — modern café, relaxed atmosphere, high-quality drinks & snacks, international guests, a regular German clientele and additionally an elegant beauty/lifestyle area.
Not a mass tourism concept.
But a place with character, style and recognizability.
What already exists:
✔ existing location
✔ very good location
✔ ongoing operation
✔ low rent
✔ top tourist region
✔ existing infrastructure
What we bring:
✔ hospitality experience
✔ entrepreneurial spirit
✔ German master hairdresser with many years of experience & an existing client base in Mallorca
✔ social media and lifestyle concept
✔ clear vision for a modern feel-good place
Who we are looking for:
A serious investor or silent partner who wants to build something special in Mallorca together — preferably with a long-term perspective and fair participation.
Discretion and professionalism are a matter of course.
Only serious messages via private message.
