Winter offer between November and April for up to 2 people:

Modern, ground-level casita studio with terrace, communal garden and pool as well as parking on the property.

On the fenced plot of approx. 2000 m2 there is also a main house where the owners live (except December and January). There is enough distance and visual screening so that each unit can enjoy its privacy.

There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer, an electric gated driveway with carport, a 4 x 8 m pool that can be heated - however electricity costs are extra, plenty of sun loungers and a gas BBQ centrally integrated in the beautiful and well-kept garden.

Casita / Rooms: Completely converted around 2010 with recurring renovations and measures approx. 30 m2 living area. Own covered south-facing terrace and the little house offers a lot of comfort. Living-dining room with pull-out sofa bed, double bed of 1.60 m and an integrated bright fitted kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, toaster, electric oven and refrigerator.

The bathroom has a shower and a window.

Equipment: Double glazing with tilt window system, insulated walls and roof, 1 x AC (hot-cold), Smart TV if desired, electric boiler, towel heater in the bathroom, internet 300 Mb, solar power (if not sufficient it automatically switches to grid power), private water supply.

Modern and nearly new furnished including bed linen and towels. A baby cot and/or high chair can be provided on request.

PS: A rental Mercedes can be available at the airport and costs 20 € per day.

Other: Monthly payment + electricity consumption if applicable and pool heating via heat pump extra. 1 month's deposit. Commission depending on length of stay.

Minimum stay 2 months. Rental prices for possible consecutive months October and/or May on request.

Pets allowed on request.

Location / Distances: The studio cottage is located in an absolutely quiet, wooded area and only about 50 meters from the bay. To Santanyi approx. 6 km and to Palma approx. 55 km
