House model IL REFUGIO:
This house is conceived as minimalist residential architecture that places the essential in the foreground.

It is a single-storey building with functional clarity, in which each room corresponds to a specific need, without superfluous elements, thus offering maximum flexibility.
The relationship to the surroundings has been carefully considered to ensure protection, tranquility and serenity.
The building volume is supported by darker materials that harmoniously blend into the landscape. The natural tones merge with the terrain and emphasize the introspective character of the house. The exterior wood with its deep grain gives texture and presence, while the precisely placed openings let light in without compromising the feeling of shelter.
Inside, the spaces flow and compactly merge into one another, creating a warm and calm atmosphere. A special feature of the house: at one end the original container doors have been preserved and provide access to a small outdoor storage room. This element is by no means hidden, but integrated as part of the design language, recalling the industrial origin of the building and reinforcing the idea of a simple and authentic retreat.
