House model IL REFUGIO:
This house is designed as minimalist residential architecture that puts the essential in the foreground.

It is a single-storey building with functional clarity, where each room corresponds to a specific need without superfluous elements, thus offering maximum flexibility.
The relationship with the surroundings has been carefully considered to ensure protection, tranquillity and serenity.
The building volume is carried by darker materials that harmoniously blend into the landscape. The natural tones merge with the terrain and emphasize the introspective character of the house. The exterior wood with its deep grain provides texture and presence, while the precisely placed openings let in light without compromising the sense of enclosure.
Inside, the spaces flow and interlock compactly, creating a warm and calm atmosphere. A special feature of the house: at one end the original container doors have been preserved and provide access to a small external storage room. This element is by no means hidden but integrated as part of the architectural language, recalling the building's industrial origin and reinforcing the idea of a simple and authentic retreat.
