🛁 Your tasks
-Handling customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, chat and WhatsApp
-Providing information on order status and delivery times
-Processing order issues: damaged products, delivery delays or logistical errors
-Support with administrative tasks related to orders

👤 Your profile
-German at native level (spoken and written)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Organized, responsible personality with high attention to detail
-IT skills
-Experience in customer service or call centers desirable but not mandatory
-Intermediate English for internal communication and supplier contact desirable but not mandatory

💼 We offer
-Permanent position full-time or part-time
-Working hours: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 (1 hour break)
-22 working days of vacation per year
