Rooms: The building with 7 other units was completed in 2026 and the apartment on the 1st floor offers approx. 95 m2 living area.
Inviting living-dining room with terrace access via a sliding door system, an American-style breakfast bar with adjoining white fitted kitchen (equipped with all household electrical appliances incl. washing machine and dishwasher).
The 2 bedrooms are furnished with double and single beds as well as built-in wardrobes and one has an ensuite bathroom with shower and there is one further bathroom with shower.
One additional bedroom is not yet fitted with a bed. But on request it can be equipped with a 1.20 m bed!!!! .
Amenities: Intercom, light floor tiles, double glazing, aluminum shutters, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, heating and cooling system via central aerothermal system, 55-inch Smart TV, fiber optic internet can be installed if desired at 100 Mb, municipal water, 80 l electric hot water heater, bright rooms, modern and like-new furnishings incl. towels and bed linen.
Prices: Nov–Apr: €1,250 and for the adjacent months October and/or May: €1,450 and Sept and/or June: €1,600
Other: No pets allowed and non-smoking apartment. Monthly payment, 1 monthly rent deposit.
All inclusive: parking, electricity and water consumption, garbage fee, final cleaning costs. Agency fee depending on length of stay.
Optional: Fiber optic internet line of 100 Mb and interim cleaning on request at extra cost. Minimum 2 and max. 10 months.
Distances / Location: The apartment is located in a quiet, direct coastal location – approx. 25 m to the coast, approx. 80 m to the harbor, about 55 km to Palma and about 12 km to Campos.
