The 2 communal pools are for approx. 15 units, parking on the property, private covered terrace. Some apartments are rented as holiday lets and some are for private use.
Rooms: Studio on the 2nd floor of approx. 38 m2 living area has a bright living-dining room with terrace access, an integrated small kitchenette with washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large combined fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed of 1.50 cm. The bathroom has no window and has a shower.
Equipment: Internet, light floors, single glazing, Smart TV, fan, 1 x AC (hot-cold), sofa bed for visitors, municipal water, electric hot water heater of 50 l, GESA electricity, towels and bed linen provided.
Other: Bringing a dog on request. Monthly payments, 1 month's deposit + utility advance lump sum of 70 € monthly and at the end of the rental period the difference will be calculated against presentation of invoices (+ / -). All other utilities included such as pool maintenance, water consumption, final cleaning, internet and garbage fee. Commission depending on length of stay.
