Historic finca village house with garden and fireplace in a quiet outskirts location of Orient in an idyllic and wooded area with fantastic mountain views.
The walled and fenced rustic and natural garden with a manual wooden gate measures approx. 600 m2 and has a terrace area with a sun sail, chairs and table, sun loungers, and a small pool. Parking outside on the street.
Conditioning: The 3-story house of approx. 240 m2 living space is one of the oldest in the village and has been repeatedly renovated (last time in 2022) - while retaining the typical Mallorcan details.
Rooms: On the ground floor there is a beautiful entrance area, followed by the living room and the rustic, large fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, microwave, German coffee machine and a Mocca, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with adjacent breakfast bar counter and large dining room.
The 4 bedrooms are partly equipped with fitted wardrobes and clothes racks, including 1 x double bed measuring 1.50 x 1.80 cm and the others are single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.0 cm, distributed over the 1st and 2nd floors, plus another living room on the top floor. The bathrooms are unusual as it used to be a kind of youth hostel, featuring multiple shower rooms, separate men's WCs, and complete bathrooms with showers.
Features: Brown floors, 300 Mb fiber optic internet, Smart TV, double glazing, exposed ceiling beams, thick walls that retain heat well, completely renovated roof, city water, GESA electricity, open fireplace in the living room, 5 x electric heating radiators, electric hot water boiler. Fully equipped and furnished including bed linen and towels as well as a baby crib and high chair (please request if needed).
Other: Bringing a pet upon agreement. Monthly payment 1,200 € for up to 4 persons and up to 8 persons 1,550 € with 1 month deposit. Minimum rental period 2 months. Commission depending on the length of stay. Electricity prepayment and at the end of the rental period the difference in actual consumption will be settled against presentation of the invoices. Distances: Approx. 30 m to the village, approx. 20 km to Soller and approx. 23 km to Palma.
