Opposite the small street, there is a shared pool of 52 m2 in a complex of 7 apartments, a garden and a BBQ / gas summer kitchen with a large covered terrace which can be used.
Rooms: The ground-floor and cozy casita has a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen (incl. all household appliances and dishwasher), 1 bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobe, and 1 en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
Furnishing: Double glazing, thick walls and thus a good indoor climate, brown floor tiles, 7 Mb internet, satellite TV, drying rack, 2 x air conditioning (hot-cold), city water, GESA electricity, electric water heater, exposed ceiling beams, nice ambiance and fully equipped incl. bed linen and towels.

Winter rental: Pets allowed upon request. Monthly payment of 580€ + utilities for electricity via separate meter. Water, pool and garden maintenance, internet and final cleaning included. Max. 2 persons and minimum rental period 2 months.
Seasonal rental: 1 dog allowed upon request. Monthly rent 650 € + utilities for electricity. 1 month deposit. Max. 2 persons. Commission depending on duration.
Distances / Location: The house is located opposite apartments 23 a - d which can also be rented over the winter or for a season.
Sa Sorda is a small, original village settlement in the countryside, which is quietly situated and close to the beaches of Es Trenc (7 km), Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita (5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi (10 km), Palma approx. 50 km and Campos approx. 8 km.
