Sa Ràpita, Mallorca | Evening service | 5–6 days per week

For a restaurant in Sa Ràpita, we are looking for experienced and reliable reinforcement (m/f/d) for our service team.

We are looking for someone who knows the gastronomy sector and enjoys working with people. It is important to us that you are attentive, think ahead, and keep an overview even when it gets busy. A friendly and personal approach to our guests is just as important to us as good teamwork.

You should already live in Mallorca, have a NIE number & social security number, as we are looking for support starting immediately!

Your tasks:

- Friendly and attentive care of our guests

- Taking orders and serving food and drinks

- Advising guests on our food and drink selection

- Independent management of your own tables

- Attentive eye on guests and early recognition of wishes

- Preparation and follow-up of the service

- Close cooperation with the kitchen and service team

- Ensuring a clean and smooth service process & hygiene standards


What you should bring:

- Experience in restaurant service is important to us.

In addition, we would like:

- Experience in gastronomy and confidence in daily service

- Friendly, open, and neat appearance

- Pleasure in dealing with guests and a natural host mentality

- Attention and a good eye for detail

- Independent and reliable way of working

- The ability to remain friendly and organized even in a well-filled restaurant

- Team spirit and respectful interaction with each other

- Flexibility and willingness to pitch in

- Reliability and punctuality


Languages:

Since we have many international guests, language skills are important:

- German: B2
- Spanish and English: min. B1

Further language skills are of course welcome.


Working hours:

The position is intended for regular evening service 5–6 days a week. This naturally includes weekend shifts.
