Son Carrio is located in the east of the island; the finca is approx. 2 KM outside Son Carrio in the direction of Manacor / St. LLorenc, but not isolated.

THE FINCA:
The plot – fully fenced – is approx. 15,000 sqm, most of it planted with olive trees that are maintained and harvested by the owner. He lives on a neighbouring finca (300 m) and produces olive oil. No noise or odor nuisance!
The area around the house is generous and strictly private.

The 6x4 m pool has been applied for - it will be built next to the house after approval. During the construction period (approx. 1 month) there may be noise disturbances, which will be compensated by the landlord through a rent reduction.
