To all those who want to spend late summer in holiday mode or combined with home office at one of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, and who want to enjoy and explore the Spanish laid-back atmosphere and relaxed way of life for a while, I offer my well-maintained and fully furnished apartment on the 1st floor of a two-family house.
The living area is approx. 74 m2 and consists of a cozy small kitchen-living room with all necessary kitchen utensils, a small living room with a sofa bed, a spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a generous hallway that can also serve as a home office space, and a large bathroom with a small washing machine. Two cozy balcony terraces ensure you can happily wait for the sunset.
All necessary amenities are practically within walking distance from the apartment's location, such as: enjoyable restaurants, well-stocked shopping facilities, German doctors, a bus line that even serves the airport, and much more.
The apartment is rented exclusively on the basis of a private, non-touristic seasonal rental contract, according to the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, articles 3 and 4 (LAU), for a period of 3 - 6 months in the period from 01.09.2026 - 28.02.2027 and is suitable, for example, for home office, house hunting, job searching, or simply for those seeking relaxation to regain their strength.
The rental start can also be moved forward to July/August/September or postponed by arrangement.
The apartment is rented furnished to a maximum of two adults, without pets and to non-smokers.
The rent for a 6-month rental period is €1,250 including all utilities such as: electricity, water, heating, air conditioning as well as Wi‑Fi and a free parking space in front of the door.
For a 3-month rental period the total rent including all utilities is €1,350. The rent must be paid in advance including a deposit of 1 month's rent.
