For sale or available as a 50:50 shared ownership is a motorboat of the model Quicksilver Activ 470 Cabin, which is in excellent condition.
Location: Mallorca/ Cala Murada.
Spanish registration available. So no problems with the authorities on the island!
The boat, built in 2019, has a length of 4.67 meters and a width of 2.32 meters.
Additionally, a swim platform has been installed. It is equipped with a reliable Mercury engine that provides 100 HP. The engine runs on petrol and works perfectly. There are no technical problems, and the boat is ready for immediate use.
I would describe the condition as like new.
Currently the boat is on the trailer in a hall in Cala Murada and, unfortunately—as with most boats—is used far too little!
Therefore it is for sale or a shared ownership will be formed.
For a shared ownership the purchase price is 12,000 EUR and the ongoing costs (about 1,000 EUR p.a.) will be split 50/50 in the future.
I would agree to a location within roughly 50 km around Cala Murada.
