Sector Manager / Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced person who will take responsibility for service and actively support the team in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
• Active participation in service and professional customer care
• Shared responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Training and integration of new employees
• Coordination of service during the shift
• Communication between dining room, kitchen and management
• Assistance with cashing up

Requirements
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector as head waiter/ess, sector manager or similar position
• High level of German and Spanish, minimum B2 (required); English is a plus
• Strong service orientation
• Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance
• Structured and autonomous working method
• Ability to work in a team, resilience under stress and capacity to keep an overall perspective
• Ideally resident in southeast Mallorca
