Beautiful and friendly apartment with a dream view of the sea and the island of Cabrera in first line of Colonia St Jordi.
The apartment has an underground garage with one parking space, a covered south terrace of approx. 15 m2 and a roof terrace of approx. 35 m2 with sun loungers and offers a panoramic dream view.
Rooms: The entrance area is the hallway from which the stairs to the roof terrace lead on the left. Behind it follows the modern white fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and access to the laundry-room terrace.
Opposite the kitchen is the bright living-dining room with Smart TV and an open fireplace - access to the terrace.
The 3 bedrooms are all at the rear (one with en-suite bathroom) and all with shower - however no windows -- only extractor. The bedrooms are partly equipped with built-in wardrobes and partly with freestanding wardrobes and there is 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a master bedroom with double bed and sofa/bed.
