Seasonal apartment on a quiet finca in the Mallorcan countryside near Artà

A few months to step away and find yourself. Enjoy life and find meaning in it. Or live close to nature and sustainably during the summer and autumn while working in the northeast of Mallorca.
The peace everyone is looking for is at home here: at night you only hear the ringing of sheep bells and the shining of the stars. Yet you are just a few kilometers from Artà – one of the most original and sought-after towns on Mallorca, where you can hear Spanish and German equally when you sit by the market square in the evening.
The apartment is simply Mallorcan and cozy: bathroom, a small kitchen and wide views are included – plus a huge terrace amid the wonderful nature of the natural park.
There is no pool or underfloor heating –, instead a split air-conditioning unit provides a pleasant temperature. And if it gets chilly in autumn, a gas stove (an Estufa) is available, which warms the room quickly. A washing machine can be shared. The price applies monthly including electricity and water with normal consumption.
