The terrace of approx. 12 m2 has a manual awning, parking on the property as well as a communal pool.
The modern studio of approx. 30 m2 is located on the 1st floor and features a living-dining room with integrated fitted kitchen (incl. washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and 2 ceramic hobs), large bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: single glazing in living room and bedroom, double glazing in the bathroom, 1 x AC hot-cold, Smart TV, Internet, electric hot-water heater. Fully furnished and equipped with towels and bed linen.
Miscellaneous: Pets not allowed. Monthly payments, 1 month deposit, NO ADDITIONAL COSTS!!! Commission depending on length of stay.
Rental prices: October to April 800 € and the adjoining months September, May and June 900 €
