The house is located on a fenced plot of approx. 15,000 m2 with an automatic gate entrance - but situated close to the road. On the property there are olive trees and vineyards which the owner occasionally tends. It is located at the entrance of the plot and has an open terrace area with whirlpool. Next to it a pergola with a vineyard provides shade; on this side are the BBQ and the entrance to the house.
Rooms: The ground-floor house of approx. 40 m2 living space has an entrance to the living-dining room with closed fireplace and integrated mall. Fitted kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine as well as kitchen utensils.
A curtain separates the bedroom with a 1.35 m wide bed and two built-in wardrobes. Next to it there is 1 bathroom with shower. From here you can also access the terrace.
Features: Brown tiled floors, double and single glazing, wooden blinds, exposed beams, 2 x air conditioning hot and cold in the living room and bedroom, internet connection can be installed on request, Smart-TV and SAT-TV also with Spanish channels, electric lighting, well water, hot water via 100 l electric boiler. Furnished and equipped in rustic style, inventory of bed linen and towels available.

Other: Pets by arrangement ... because there are free-ranging chickens on the property. Seasonal rental between 32 days and max. 6 months.
Prices: Between November and April: €530, the adjacent months May and October: €630 and September and June €780. Commission depending on rental duration.
1 month deposit. Additional electricity costs separately with invoice.
Distances: Only a few kilometers to Llucmajor (it is located on a path next to the road, so you can hear passing cars) and about 500 m to the motorway to Palma, which is approx. 25 km. Approx. 12 km to the coast.
