Outdoor area: There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house, a large communal pool of 52 m2, garden and large BBQ area (gas grill) with covered south-facing terrace as well as a very large covered terrace with sunbeds in front of the pool. Private semi-covered front terraces of about 8 - 12 m2 (on the 1st floor with additional electric awning).
Rooms: The 6 modern apartments
4 on the ground floor AP 23 a/2, AP 23 b/3, AP d located at the front and Apt 23 e/4, AP 23 d/5 are around the corner - to the side.
2 on the 1st floor AP 23 e/6 and AP 23 f/7 and all have a living area of approx. 55 m2 and are oriented to the east and south.
Each has a living-dining room with integrated brown fitted kitchen including dishwasher, 1 large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and 1 bathroom with en-suite shower.
Equipment of the 6 apartments: double glazing, bright rooms, brown floor tiles, internet from 15 Mb, sat TV, 3 x air conditioning (hot-cold), municipal water, GESA electricity, electric hot water heater, drying rack, visible roof beams, pleasant ambience and fully equipped including bed linen and towels. All apartments are almost identical in furnishings.
2 washing machines are available to the 5 apartments in an external laundry room.

Seasonal rental from 6 - 11 months - any months: rent €650 + electricity extra via own meter, 1 monthly rent deposit. Max. 2 people. No dogs allowed. Minimum duration 2 monthly rents.
Distances / location: The apartments are located opposite Casita C 01 WT which can also be rented over the winter or for a season. Sa Sorda is a small original village settlement in the countryside, which is still quiet and close to the beach Es Trenc (7 km), Ses Covetes y Sa Ràpita (5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi (10 km), Palma approx. 50 km and Campos approx. 8 km.
