Charming apartment on the 1st floor in Colonia San Jordi with stunning sea views.

The complex was built in 1999 and is in a very well-maintained condition.

The flat itself was renovated in 2004. Covered terrace with awning.

Over a small hallway you enter the apartment in which, immediately to the left, is the small fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances. (Electric stove, refrigerator, small oven, microwave).

Further through the hallway you reach the other rooms such as the bright living/dining room with access to the terrace (approx. 10 m2 with awning). This was divided with a roller blind and another cozy sleeping area was created.
