Reliable couple seeks “accommodation in exchange for work” on Mallorca 🌴

We are a reliable and committed retired couple looking for a new opportunity on Mallorca from winter 2026/27 or spring 2027.

We are seeking accommodation within the framework of “accommodation in exchange for work”, preferably combined with an additional opportunity to earn some extra income.

👩‍🌿 She: Trained hotel specialist and long-time finca manager and guest attendant. Especially fond of and experienced in gardening, plants and outdoor areas. Additionally experienced in maintenance, pool care, painting, cleaning, laundry care and pet care.

👨‍🔧 He: Many years of experience as a finca and property caretaker / property manager. Versatile and practically experienced in maintenance, repairs, painting, garden care, pool care as well as coordinating craftsmen and service providers. Guest care and independent management of a finca are also part of his long-standing experience.

Since 2019 we have jointly cared for a finca on Mallorca and are used to taking independent responsibility for the house, grounds and guests.

We are not looking for a conventional job, but a fair combination of accommodation, assistance and preferably an additional earning opportunity.
