First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with double convertible bed and an uncovered outdoor terrace with beautiful views and 1 further bathroom with shower.

Other/ Winter: Animal husbandry on request. Non-smoking house. Monthly payment method of 1,500 E + NK of electricity via meter or billing, 1 MM deposit. Minimum rental months. Prices for possible connection months April / October: 2,480 €
Commission depending on length of stay.
Distances: Approx. 300 m to the coast, approx. 3 km to Es Trenc, 1.5 km. to Sa Rapita and about 47 km to Palma.
