Winter seasonal rental between Oct / November - March/April 26/27:

Comfortable and very modern chalet with parking, pool, heating and BBQ in SA Rápita.

Outdoor area: The stylish chalet is located in a quiet street on a walled and fenced plot of approx. 245 m2. It has a garage (no parking space) of approx. 18 m2, with access to the house where we also find the washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and the hot water boiler.
Behind the chalet is the courtyard/covered terrace area with a 10 m2 pool, hammocks, table and outdoor chairs and a gas grill. Street parking available.

On the 1st floor there are 2 small uncovered terraces at the bedroom exits (one terrace has access to the roof terrace with breathtaking panoramic views over the town and the sea).

Rooms: Built in 2015 with approx. 150 m2 of living space.
Ground floor: Entrance area with a staircase leading upstairs, 1 guest toilet and access to the garage. The living-dining room is equipped with an open grey fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and, of course, all important electrical appliances and utensils. From here you go out to the terrace and pool area.
First floor: Via a corridor there is 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 further bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (both with built-in wardrobes) and 1 bathroom with whirlpool.

Facilities: Double glazing, white aluminium blinds, white painted interior doors, microcement floors on the ground floor and rustic tiles on the upper floor, TV with Spanish channels and internet connection via fiber optic at 300 Mb, central AC (hot - cold) in all rooms and additionally 5 extra electric heaters, GESA electricity, municipal water, hot water via solar collectors. Miscellaneous / Prices: Pets on request. Minimum rental 2 months between November and March for €1,750/month and for October and April (on request if available) €2,000 each + electricity utility costs and 1 month's deposit. Monthly cleaning once - extra. Commission depending on rental duration.

Distances / Location: Approx. 500 m to the coast, approx. 1.5 km to Es Trenc, approx. 45 km to Palma.
SA Rápita is a coastal town where you can find bars, restaurants and some open service providers. Immediate neighbours nearby.
