The casita includes a private garden and you can also use the pool on the finca. You also have your own parking space on the premises. The garden, the pool and the finca are maintained by our gardener and caretaker and the houses are looked after. We also take care of the garbage disposal. You will not incur any additional costs. Electricity, water, internet, insurance. Everything is included. A lease is only possible for a maximum of eleven months but gladly for the entire summer. You also have access to a laundry room. The casita is fully furnished and equipped. You can move in with one suitcase. €1100 deposit, €1100 monthly rent.
