Outside: The house is located on a partially fenced plot of 4,012 m2 and has southwest orientation. Its beautiful 3 terraces of about 200 m2 (almost around the house) have a clear and beautiful view of Cabrera and the sunset - in addition to a roof terrace of about 80 m2 with beautiful views.
The barbecue area is equipped with 1 dining table, chairs, sofa and umbrellas. Outdoor shower, parking spaces, fruit trees and a private, manual driveway gate and the path leads up to the garage.
Premises: The ground floor house measures approx. 100 m2 of living space and has been completely renovated.
The entrance area is a welcoming living room with leather sofas, 2 windows overlooking the terrace and fields, large open wood burning fireplace and a large TV.
The cozy dining kitchen is open and offers another closed fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, electric stove, large extractor hood, combi fridge, microwave and all other necessary kitchen utensils. From here you have access to the dining veranda with BBQ.
The bedroom is equipped with 1 wall-mounted TV and built-in wardrobe as well as a dressing room. 1 bathroom with window, shower, washing machine and space for the vacuum cleaner.

Prices: November - April 1,300 E and for the connection months May / October 1,500 € and June / September 2,000 €. 1 MM + additional electricity consumption extra - as an advance cost lump sum which will be settled at the end of the rental period against invoice presentation ( + / - ). Commission depending on length of stay.
Water consumption is included -- but the potted plants should be watered in the ( summer - and autumn months ). The garage can only be used to park the renter's car - not as a warehouse.
Distances: To Cas Concos about 4 km, to the coast about 15 km and to Palma about 47 km.
