B - House Casita: approx. 150 m2 on the ground floor and has a living/dining room, 1 WC, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and its own utility room with washing machine.

3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 3 bathrooms with bathtub/shower.
