House B, which was lovingly renovated in 2010, is located on the property together with 4 other neighboring houses available for rent.
It offers sufficient privacy - the terraces and entrances are staggered. The owner also lives about 100 m away and takes care of everything.
Ample outdoor parking, communal barbecue and pool of 10 x 13 m2, playground, private outdoor terrace with patio furniture and hammocks.
B - House Casita: approx. 150 m2 on the ground floor and has a living/dining room, 1 WC, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and its own utility room with washing machine.
3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 3 bathrooms with bathtub / shower.
