Rustic, renovated finca "Vaqueria petit" on an estate with a communal pool near Manacor.

The walled plot of approx. 25,000 m2 is located about 300 m from the road in a wooded area.

The 4 neighboring houses, all lovingly renovated in 2010, are next to each other and offer privacy as the terraces and entrances are staggered. The owner lives about 100 m away and takes care of everything.

Plenty of outdoor parking, barbecue, communal pool of 10 x 13 m2, playground, private outdoor terraces with patio furniture and hammocks.

C - Small house Vaquería: Approx. 120 m2 on 2 floors: On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, 1 WC, a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and a separate utility room with washing machine.

Up a staircase leading to the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with bathtub/shower en suite.

Diesel for heating and hot water extra. Minimum rental 8 months and maximum 11 months.
