Mallorca!! Fancy escaping the winter from 7.2 to 13.2?

I am offering simple accommodation and meals for the period mentioned above. Private room. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. Excursions alone or together to the beach and the mountains are planned. In return: the living room needs a new coat of paint and a small crack in the ceiling must be filled, sanded and primed. Afterwards the ceiling needs to be painted. Living area approx. 22 sqm. Materials are available. Please only get in touch if you have skills (a hobby handyman/handywoman is enough).
