Temporary accommodation, possibly also long-term rental in Mallorca wanted

Hello, we are a married couple (46/52) and have recently been given the wonderful opportunity to run our home office from abroad. Mallorca is our dream remote work destination, and now we want to make it happen.

Our search:
- preferably rent, possibly (rental) purchase possible;
- primarily in the area around Llucmajor/preferably south/coastal area roughly from Son Veri to around Sa Ràpita (max. approx. 45 minutes by car to Palma airport), possibly also around Palma.
- apartments/flats (also in holiday complexes) / small house/finca, bungalow, etc. Important for us is a quiet environment, preferably edge locations/end houses. Nevertheless, there should be easy access to everyday/urban life.
- also very happy with temporary rental/sublet for weeks/months, e.g. during absences or to bridge until a house sale has taken place. "House/finca care" (also with pet care possible) etc. also suits us; here we are also happy about properties across the whole island

Our next workation is planned on the island from 26/4 to 3/5 and 8/5-15/5 and we look forward to offers/viewings/getting to know you.
