I live in the recently refurbished apartment and do not use the room and bathroom.
Therefore I offer it as a holiday/service room for an indefinite period.

A minimum stay of 3 months would be possible, documented in writing and paid in advance.

Freelancers or employees who work remotely
Seniors or just short-stay holidaymakers who from time to time, for example for 1–2 weeks
per month would appreciate having a guaranteed accommodation.

Female applicants are preferred, as my young daughter visits me from time to time.

Available from 15 March 2026
350-500 Euro per month depending on use (option for a sublease agreement is also possible)
Integrated automatic air conditioning

Underground garage parking can also be used for a small fee.
