So, here I am Lorna, on April 1st, April Fools'! I would like your help looking for a studio up to €700 or a room with a private bathroom up to €500. I am 55 years old, single, childless, a non-smoker, no substance abuse (except Mallorca) and I live healthily. My last landlord, with whom I lived, gave me the following reference: clean, nice, responsible, quiet, discreet and pays the rent always before the end of the month.

I have a regular income, two jobs and due to my work on the Iberian Peninsula I am not always at home.
I love hiking, swimming and being active. I am friendly but quiet and not overly social. An 11-month contract would not be a problem for me, so you are on the safe side.
