Looking for a roommate (m/f) in the Cala Millor, Son Servera, Sa Coma area

I am Hans, 67, and I still work professionally on the PC, so I am quite occupied, at home rather calm yet adventurous.

I am looking for someone who is also annoyed by the horrendous rental prices, but not a life partner — rather a roommate to fairly share the costs.

I look forward to pleasant conversations in the living room, going out together, but also withdrawing "to one's own space." I am looking for low-maintenance, tidy interested people who can imagine sharing a life with a like-minded roommate for the coming years.

I need 2 rooms for myself, 1 bedroom and an office. So "we" (you and I) need at least a 3- to 4-room apartment, whose costs we will share.
