I am a reliable, single father of a 9-year-old child and am looking for a nice, long-term rental apartment in the Calvià area.
A quiet, well-kept residential environment is especially important to me, as I want my son to find his home there. We are tidy, responsible, and place great value on good neighborly relations.
Of course, proof of solvency and income can be provided at any time. A long-term tenancy is desired.
