Looking for a casita island-wide

Having lived on the island for 15 years, I speak fluent Spanish and have several years of experience in renting and managing holiday properties.
I am looking for a small finca / casita for 1 person and offer in return a long-term cooperation - terms to be agreed individually.
I could assist you, among other things, with:
– Presence and availability on site
– Check-in / key handover
– Communication with guests before arrival
– Inspections during vacancy
– Coordination of cleaning and craftsmen
– Organizational support in the area of marketing
Due to my language skills and island experience, uncomplicated coordination with service providers is possible.
Only a reliable, long-term option is sought.
