Hello everyone,
I am looking for a new accommodation starting from 01.07.26.
Ideally it should be within 30 minutes of Palma, but this is flexible depending on the offer.
About me:
1 person
44 years old
No pets
Resident with NIE and green NIE (Residencia)
Self-employed with an SL
What I am looking for:
Well-kept accommodation
Preferably long-term, but the commonly found 11-month contracts are not a deal-breaker
Parking space
Balcony or terrace
Sea view would of course be nice, but proximity to the coast is a must.
Rent preferably under 1,500 euros, but somewhat flexible depending on the property.
Possibly as an addition:
Since I work relatively much from home, I can gladly offer on-site support in housesitting or similar.
I have taken care of high-end vehicle collections in Germany and am discretion personified. ✅
Safety for landlords:
A longer advance rent payment is possible.
Contact with the previous landlord in Mallorca (speaks only Spanish) can be arranged if needed to ensure a smooth process.
I know all the listings on the online portals and have already made a list, but it is possible that properties are not yet advertised or will only become available later.
