This apartment is located in an elevated position above the bay of Port de Sóller. From the covered terrace, the view extends unhindered across the sea to the Cap Gros lighthouse, both in the morning and at sunset.

The living room is bright and features a rustic-style fireplace with wooden beams. French wooden doors provide direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar adjoins the dining room. The new oak-finish wooden floor, white walls and arched doorways give the apartment its Mediterranean character. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and two bathrooms. The apartment is sold furnished.

Key features include the large covered terrace with an awning, which is the favorite corner of the apartment. There is space for a dining table, a sofa set, and a sun lounger, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea. The side privacy screen guarantees confidentiality.

The apartment is set in a small, quiet hillside residential complex. Port de Sóller is one of Mallorca's most beautiful natural ports, nestled in the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The promenade, beach, restaurants, and cafes can be reached quickly. The historic tram goes to the center of Sóller. Hiking trails start right in front of the door. Palma can be reached via the Sóller tunnel in about 30-35 minutes, and the airport in about 40 minutes.

Important note: Rental and viewings
The apartment is rented until February 1, 2027, and will become vacant from then on. Out of respect for the tenant, viewings only take place on the first Tuesday of each month between 10 AM and 3 PM.
