As a self-employed handyman (autónomo) I offer a wide range of jobs for house, apartment and garden – clean, friendly and punctual.
As a German I speak fluent German and English, so communication is no problem.
My services include:
* General repairs and maintenance around the house
* Demolition / disassembly
* Assembly, installation e.g. of furniture
* Renovations, plastering and painting work (interior & exterior)
* Procurement of materials and delivery
* Assistance with official appointments and building applications
* Supervision of ongoing construction work
* Property maintenance
For larger electrical, sanitary or tiling jobs I work with a small, well-coordinated team and with reliable specialist companies on the island.
This way you get everything from a single source – I coordinate, you have only one contact person.
I am mobile (own vehicle) and flexible in use.
Billing optionally on an hourly basis or as a fixed price per project.
