I (female, almost 50, long-time resident) calm, non-smoker, am looking for a small apartment (from 18 sqm), including a bathroom. A mini kitchenette would be nice if possible, otherwise a shared kitchen, ...... ... .
It is important to me that the room door can be locked, and that the toilet is accessible from the private living area, privacy. I do need a rental agreement, please.
At the moment I live in Sa Coma. I would also move to another part of this island.
I am animal-friendly, but I do not have any pets.
