I (female, resident) am calm, a non-smoker, and I am looking for a small apartment for myself (from 18 sqm), including a bathroom. A small kitchenette would be nice, if possible.
It is important to me that the room door can be locked, and that the toilet is accessible from the private living area, privacy. I need a rental contract, please.
At the moment I live in the east. I would also move to another part of this island, if possible Inca (surroundings) or the west.
I am an animal lover, but I no longer have any pets.
