We are looking for suitable tenants for our beloved terraced house from 15/10/2026. Important note: Since we are moving out, the house will be handed over unfurnished; however, we would like to sell all our furniture and fittings to the new tenant. The property is therefore perfect for someone who wants to move into a fully equipped house without hassle!

The house offers a generous and well-thought-out layout with a total of 4 bedrooms / flexible rooms:

Ground floor:
Living & dining area: With direct access to the terrace
Guest WC / guest bathroom (with shower)
Additional room: Ideal as a small 4th bedroom, guest room or home office/storage.
Kitchen: Equipped with a water filtration system (separate tap for filtered drinking water; filter replacement approx. every 6 months for ~€60).

Upper floor:
Master bedroom: With direct access to the private balcony and its own en-suite bathroom.
Two further bedrooms
Third bathroom: Another full bathroom with bathtub

Front: Covered terrace and a small, low-maintenance garden (the hedges are automatically watered).

Air conditioning & heating: Air conditioning is available throughout the house. Heating can be done efficiently via the air conditioning or with mobile electric roller heaters (these can also be taken over with the furniture).

For cat owners: A cat flap is currently installed and can be taken over on request!

Landlord: I found the contact with the landlord pleasant and uncomplicated (he speaks Spanish and English). For urgent matters he comes immediately, otherwise it can sometimes take a little longer.

Very quiet residential area: The house is located on a side street of Carrer Galatzó.
Nature all around: Beautiful hiking trails start directly behind the property. You can reach the sea on a picturesque walk of about 1 hour 20 minutes.
Sun & sea: The coast in Paguera is only about a 10-minute drive away.
Palma: Reachable in approx. 20-25 minutes by car
Infrastructure & public transport: Small kiosk/supermarket in the village, as well as three restaurants, one with a pool. Village square with many events. Bus connections (including direct to Palma and the airport) are available, but a car is recommended.
