I and all the other tenants in the building were given notice. I had a rental contract for 5½ years.
I (female, resident), calm, non-smoker, am looking for a small apartment (from 18 sqm), including a bathroom. A mini kitchenette would be nice, if applicable.
It is important to me that the room door can be locked, and that the toilet is accessible from the private living area, for privacy. I need a rental contract, please.
At the moment I live in the east. I would also move to another end of this island, if possible in the Inca area or the west.
I am an animal lover, but I no longer have any pets.
