Looking for a rental property for long-term rent in Mallorca, from approx. September/October 2026.
Hello, we are a married couple (46/52) and have the wonderful opportunity to do our home office from abroad. Mallorca is our dream remote work destination, and now we would like to realize it long-term.
Our search:
- preferably rental, possibly (rental) purchase;
- search radius around Llucmajor; also gladly south/coastal area approximately from Son Veri to approx. Sa Ràpita (max. approx. 45 minutes by car to Palma airport), possibly also around Palma.
- small house/finca, bungalow, also small casitas/chalets on a shared plot; apartments/flats (possibly also in holiday complexes)
- important to us is a quiet and "close-to-nature" environment, preferably edge locations/end houses. Nevertheless, there should be easy access to everyday/urban life.
- we prefer south/west orientation with evening sun and an unobstructed view (view of nature); very gladly also with a bathtub
- possibly fixed-term rent/interim rent from about 6 months, e.g. during absence or as a bridging solution. "House/finca care" (including pet care) also suits us, etc.
- cat ownership should be possible, thank you. If there are concerns/fears, we will discuss this in advance and there will be clear communication/regulation/options for the unexpected case of damages.

We will currently be on site from 4.6.-9.6. and later repeatedly on the island.
